Starting places

For the abdominal question, begin with Stanley and colleagues’ tesamorelin trial and the pooled HIV-associated lipodystrophy trials. The longer follow-up adds what happened after treatment stopped. The LiverTox entry addresses the approved use and a particular liver-safety question.

SELECT and FLOW supply the major cardiovascular and kidney outcomes discussed with semaglutide. The collagen-culture experiment offers an early GHK-Cu finding, while the topical review brings the skin-delivery problem into view. For BPC-157, the rat ulcer paper and human-evidence review describe very different stages of the work.
